Q: I want to change sample rate of the data coming to Onshore webUI?
A: Users cannot change the sample rate and some are fixed, like the wave sample rate.
Wave data cannot be transmitted more frequently than 10 minutes. It takes almost 10 minutes for the wave algorithm in the buoy OS to sample enough datasets for all the different wave data. The reason for the 15 minutes wave data interval is, since it takes approx. 10 minutes of sample time, it could happen that the same dataset was transmitted from the buoy twice.
Sample rate has to be changed by EIVA.
