NaviModel Producer 4.11 introduces a beta feature for the Azure Blob storage: https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/products/storage/storage-explorer/?msockid=2528caf1fb996e841419d89cfaf26f58 where data is curently just downloaded and imported (it does not writeback) similar to the funcion drag and drop.
Data is being downloaded into the temporary folder eg. E.g: C:\Users\%USER%\AppData\Local\Temp\%AppName% (App name being NaviModel Producer) as a file and immediately after is being drag and dropped automatically into NaviModel Producer to be handled accordingly, extension wise, by the software like all others dragged and dropped files currently supported by the software (runlines, digitized lines, sbds, .all, dxf etc.)
In the video attached it is shown how to establish a connection via the Connection string (from the Key in the Security+Networking) in the Connect to Azure Storage and import an sbd file to build a DTM from it. Be aware, depending the restriction that might have been set on the Azure, you might need to also whitelist in the settings the IP that will access the Azure storage from within NaviModel.
The feature will be further developed in the future. When they will be made the news will be communicated in the Release notes of the software product on the download page: https://download.eiva.com/
