This guide describes how to interface a Sonardyne SPRINT-Nav hybrid acoustic-inertial navigation system with NaviPac and NaviScan. It covers the required configuration in the SPRINT-Nav web interface, the NaviPac configuration and the NaviScan configuration, as well as recommended operational checks.
The SPRINT-Nav combines an inertial measurement unit (IMU), a Doppler velocity log (DVL) and a pressure (depth) sensor in one housing. The guide is written for the SPRINT-Nav U, but the same procedure applies to the SPRINT-Nav Mini, SPRINT-Nav M and SPRINT-Nav, as all SPRINT-Nav instruments share the same web interface.
