Q. I cannot disable the Allow network dongle option in the EIVA Dongle Info window.

A. In the rare case that the check box cannot be disabled, go into the Registry Editor, follow the path Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\EIVA and set the Use Network Dongle Value data to 0.
