IP Camera Manager cannot be enabled in Helmsman's Display 4 or NaviModel Print

Q: The IP Camera Manager cannot be added on my Helmsman or NaviModel project. What could be the cause?

A: The Helmsman's Display 4 and NaviModel are using VLC version 2.2.8, newer versions are not supported.

Please check the VLC version you have installed.

Download VLC version 2.2.8 from here https://get.videolan.org/vlc/2.2.8/

You can also see information in the NaviModel menu bar under Views / Log Window.
