Q: The USB networked dongle (WibuKey) cannot be used by other clients on the network. How can this be fixed?
A: If your setup does not work please perform these actions on the server PC:
- Open Windows Control Panel and open the WibuKey software
- Use the option Scan Ports
- Use the option Scan Ports

- Browse to the right side of the Windows taskbar, right mouse-click on the WibuKey software
- Use the options Stop/Start Server

Now check if the client PC can fetch a EIVA licence.
