The NaviSuite Licence Activator is used to activate new subscription licences on your local computer or to create licence files for activation on other computers.

The NaviSuite Licence Activator

The NaviSuite Licence Activator starts automatically when no licence is available.

In case you have an active licence the software package opens and you can find it in the software's menu bar under the Help tab or download it from the EIVA download site, https://download.eiva.com/

The latest version is fetched by simply closing and reopening it once.

It has six UI elements and options that are described below.

  1. Enter licence key
Enter the 9-digit licence activation key that you bought from our My EIVA self-service portal
    Here an example

  2. Licence server
Use this option if you purchased an EIVA hardware network dongle, or you are running a EIVA Licence Server.

  3. Add a licence file
Use when you want to load eg an emergency softdongle.txt that you got from the EIVA Support team or a *.licence file.
Note that a softdongle.txt file does not need to be loaded but can also be copied to the C:/EIVA/ folder to activate the software package.

  4. See active licences on this computer
View the licence history and error codes.

  5. Activate on another pc
To create licence files for activation on other computers.

NaviPac 3.10., NaviPac 4.2.1, NaviEdit 8.3.x, NaviModel 4.3.x and all packages that are older then the named.
