Q:
I have installed NaviPac 3.10. and when opening NaviPac Config I get the following error message:

File cannot be read – size expected 92 obs 0

This file C:\SYSTEM.PARM is created when using a licence in NaviPac 3.10. It can block newer licences and returns the error message.
To fix the issue, please check if you have the file C:\SYSTEM.PARM on your computer and delete it.
