Q. How can I check that the physical USB-like Wibukey dongle works fine?

- Install the EIVA software package that you want to use

- Insert the USB-like Wibukey dongle into a USB slot

- Open Windows Control Panel

- Set the View by option to show Small icons

- Browse to the WibuKey icon and open the software

- A valid licence looks like this (example of a NaviScan licence, Line 1 to 3 is filled in):

- If the lines 1-3 are empty, there is no licence available and the USB dongle needs to be programmed.

This can be done remotely by EIVA personal.
