NaviPac is still in Demo mode after entering the 9 digit licence key in the Licence Activator. What can I do?

A: 

Please browse to this location (C:\ProgramData\EIVA\Licences) and check the file extension.

The licence file should have the file extension *.licence file, not *.licence.txt.

Please rename the file.
