Q: I receive both GPS and Gyro data strings on the same com port, can I use the same port to receive the data in NaviPac for the both drivers?
A: Yes, you can use the same port to receive GPS and Gyro data.
In NaviPac Project settings you need to enable under NaviScan the Port sharing feature as follows:
For the GPS driver you will use for the I/O selector, Serial option, and the COM Port number and for the Gyro driver you will use the ATTU option, local IP address, Port 16000 plus COM port number as in the example from below:
