Q: Why can't I drag and drop files (*.dxf, *.xyz etc) into NaviModel or Helmsman's Display?
A: This happens because the user privileges are lower than NaviModel/Helmsman's Display's privileges.
To fix this, either the user must be admin, or, if the user is not admin, NaviModel/Helmsman's Display must run with normal privileges (non-admin mode).
