Q. The crash log helps us to reproduce the error in the EIVA office.
A. A crash log file name has the crash id shown in brackets.
Here an example of an NaviModel crash log file name, NaviModel Producer 4.4.2.927 [3594774517] 2020-1127-102634.crash.unsent.
Generally these are the locations where crash logs are stored:

Please note that the ProgramData folder is by default a hidden folder. Type %Programdata% in the Windows Explorer to open the directory.
