How to use AIS data for vessel positioning and logging by AIS? Print

Q: Is it possible to compute offsets or POI from a vessel positioned by AIS?

A: Yes. Please follow the next steps.

In AISIF first of all enable to send the positions to NaviPac:

Then for the objects you need to use please double click at the vessel

Type the TUG Id

The display will now have the extra note on it

A NaviPac compatible output is now made for the selected vessels

And they can be interfaced in NaviPac as ordinary remote NaviPac inputs
