Q: The Licence Activator does not start from the link in the Help menu. What can I do?
A: To fix this follow these steps:
- Browse to C:\ProgramData\EIVA\LicenceActivator (by default the ProgramData folder is hidden)
- Delete the folder C:\ProgramData\EIVA\LicenceActivator
- Go to the EIVA Downloadsite and get the Licence activator installer
- Run the Licence Activator installer
Now the Licence Activator should start.
