Q: The Licence Activator does not start when I try to start it from eg the NaviScan Help menu. What can I do?


A: To fix this follow these steps:

  • Go to the EIVA Downloadsite and get the Licence activator installer
  • Browse to C:\ProgramData\EIVA\LicenceActivator (by default the ProgramData folder is hidden)
  • Run the Licence Activator installer


Now the Licence Activator should start.
