NaviSuite Kuda Core writes crash logs and diagnostic information to a dedicated folder on the local computer.

Location

C:\ProgramData\EIVA\Kuda Core\Diagnostics

Tip: ProgramData is a hidden folder in Windows. The quickest way to open it is to paste the path straight into the File Explorer address bar (or into the Windows Run dialog, Windows + R) and press Enter.


What to send to EIVA support after a crash

To help us diagnose the problem as quickly as possible, please include:

  • The files from the Diagnostics folder above (zip the folder if there are several files).
  • Your NaviSuite Kuda Core version (for example, KudaCore_4.8).
  • A short description of what you were doing when the crash happened, and the approximate date and time.

Note: These diagnostic files are separate from your survey data. Logged survey data (NaviScan SBD files) is stored with your project, not in the Diagnostics folder.
