This alarm appears when the Windows user account running the software does not have administrator rights on the computer.

How to fix it

Set NaviScan (and NaviSuite Kuda Core) to Run as administrator:

  1. Right-click the NaviScan (or Kuda Core) shortcut or its program file.
  2. Select Properties.
  3. Open the Compatibility tab.
  4. Tick Run this program as an administrator and click OK.

Running with administrator rights lets the software access the system resources it needs, which clears the privileges alarm.

Tip: If you have added NaviSuite Kuda Core Config to Windows Startup, make sure the account it starts under also has the necessary administrator rights, so the alarm does not reappear on every boot.
