By default, NaviScan runs in the background as a hidden process. All the tools you need for surveying are available in the main display, Helmsman, so NaviScan does not normally need to be visible.
If you do want to see NaviScan as a normal window, for example when troubleshooting, or when you need to access NaviScan directly then you can enable it.
How to show NaviScan
- Open NaviSuite Kuda Core Config.
- Go to Project Settings > Online.
- Under Advanced, enable Show NaviScan.
With this enabled, NaviScan Online starts as a separate window together with the start of acquisition.
To return to the default behaviour, simply disable Show NaviScan again; NaviScan will then run hidden in the background.
